This archive provided by Michael Friese .

The layouts by Mike Friese were made using Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Lemke GraphicConverter, and Acrobat Distiller on a Macintosh. The original issues were outputted by a Linotronic imagesetter to film at 1270 or 2540 dpi and printed on a metal-plate offset press.

The layouts by Denise Dowling were made using Microsoft Publisher, Word, and Acrobat Distiller on a prehistoric 486 laptop PC. Output on a Docutec printer.

October and November 2000 layouts by Cecilia Young were created sadly without the benefit of a Macintosh,
using Microsoft Word 2000(almost almost like a real publishing program! Boy has MS come a long way!)

Later layouts by Cecilia Young were made using Quark Xpress, Lemke GraphicConverter, and Acrobat Distiller on a Macintosh.
The original issues were outputted by a Postscript laser printer.

Layouts by Mary Kay Waiss were made with Microsoft Word with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Output to a Canon Color Copier.
