Sydney Opera House

When you see pictures of Sydney, the futuristic lines of the [Sydney Opera House] are always featured. Originally designed by the Danish Architect Joern Utzon, is meant to look like a giant sailing ship.The foundation stone was laid on 1959, but mostly due to engineering difficulties and politics, the Opera House was not completed until 1973.
