The Great Ocean Road

The Great Ocean Road follows the coast of Victoria. The coasts range from pleasant, though mostly unoccupied, swimming beaches through treacherous ship-eating coastlines.

One of the many places called "London Bridge." This used to consist of two arches. Around 1990, two tourists were standing on the arch when they heard rumbling. As luck would have it, they ran back toward the seaside just as one of the arches collapsed into the sea. It took over four hours for the authorities to respond because when they were called they were told "London Bridge is falling down" and they thought it was a hoax.
